Bexley
General - The tree-lined streets of Bexley, Ohio are the foundation of a unique business and residential community with homes ranging from family starters to estate-sized mansions. Jeffrey, who built the famous Jeffrey Mansion in 1903 which is now used for recreational purposes. Bexley offers many other styles of homes in neighborhoods with excellent property values. Homes range in price from the mid $100's to over a $1M. The typical starter home in south Bexley will be priced from $150,000 to $250,000. The next level in north Bexley is priced from $220,000 to $340,000. In Central Bexley the homes will range from $250,000 to $650,000. In the more expensive areas they will start at that price and go up. The price will depend greatly on the condition of the home since the majority of the homes will be pre-war or in the 1950's.
