Grove City
General - Located just south of downtown Columbus, Grove City is another of Central Ohio's fast-growing communities. With convenient access to major thorough fares, Grove City is just minutes away from shopping and entertainment opportunities as well as downtown employment. Grove City retains much of its small town charm while keeping pace with change. The city was rated the "most livable community in Central Ohio" by an independent, national relocation consulting firm and offers its residents award-winning schools, a diverse business and industry base, a strong city government and an innovative chamber of commerce. Neighborhoods - Grove City offers some of Central Ohio's most affordable housing and is one of the areas fastest growing communities. The surrounding area is largely agricultural and is prime for new home construction. Many neighborhoods feature starter family homes, as well as the older areas with many lifetime residents. Quality homes at affordable prices are plentiful in Grove City. Retain that small town feeling while having the conveniences of larger community living in Grove City. The older homes are from the 60's to the late 70's and will range in price $110,000 to $190,000. Newer homes will range in price from $180,000 to the mid $300's but most will be in the $200's.
